24 February 2014 Last updated at 08:46 GMT

Olympic snowboarding bronze medal winner Jenny Jones was left feeling "overwhelmed" when she met crowds of well-wishers in the South Gloucestershire town where she grew up.

Ms Jones said she had been surprised by the enthusiasm in Downend for the Olympics in Sochi.

Her medal, which she won in Sochi a fortnight ago, is the first Great Britain has ever won on snow.

Alistair Durden reports.
