Bristol man faces sexual exploitation charges

A man has been charged with offences relating to the sexual exploitation of children in Bristol.

Mohammed Jumale, 23, from Bristol faces a total of five charges, said Avon and Somerset Police.

He has been charged with two counts of engaging in sexual activity with a girl aged 13 to 15 and rape of a girl aged between 13 to 15.

He has also been charged with two counts of engaging in sexual activity with a boy aged 13 to 15.

Mr Jumale appeared at Bristol Magistrates' Court and was remanded in custody.

A date for his return to court has not been yet set, a police spokeswoman said.

Mr Jumale is the sixth man to be charged as part of Operation Brooke, an investigation into the sexual exploitation of children in the city.
