Bristol car flood victim rescued

An elderly man has been pulled from his car which was partially submerged in floodwater at Keynsham, near Bristol.

The car was stuck on Broadmead Lane late on Sunday afternoon.

David Dunn, who rescued the man, said the water was at waist-height when he arrived.
