UK industry is in the midst of the longest and deepest double-dip recession since official records began more than 50 years ago.

Some West Country firms are finding new ways to survive, with varying levels of success.

Business correspondent Dave Harvey hears two very different stories from a farmer from Winford near Bristol, and a Costwold ice cream maker.
