Weather stops Bristol balloon fiesta early mass ascent
During the 'night glow' some 30 balloons had the burners fired in time to music
A mass ascent of hot air balloons in Bristol was called off earlier because of poor weather conditions.
The ascent was due to start the final day of the Bristol International Balloon Fiesta which has been attended by hundreds of thousands of people.
Organisers say they are "very positive" a second mass ascent will take place at around 18:00 BST, weather permitting.
On Saturday, a vintage spitfire took part in a display over Ashton Court and a 'night glow' attracted a huge crowd.
Some 500,000 visitors were expected to attend the four-day event which is now in its 34th year.
