Parkour centre built in Bristol

Help

A purpose-built Parkour centre designed by enthusiasts of all abilities is being built in Bristol.

Parkour or free-running is the sport of moving around obstacles by running, climbing and jumping.

People in the free-runners' community in Bristol won a grant of £50,000 through the Landfill Communities Fund to regenerate derelict land into the new resource.

"It looks like a massive adult climbing frame," said Ash, 20, an experienced free-runner.
