Bristol's Slapstick Festival is back for eighth year

Bristol's annual celebration of silent comedy, The Slapstick Festival, is back for its eighth year with a series of events planned at a number of venues around the city.

Final preparations are being made at the Colston Hall which will host silent film tribute events hosted by aficionados Graeme Garden, Griff Rhys Jones and Ian Lavender.
