Exmoor National Park orders Porlock shack man to leave
A Somerset man who turned a beachside shack into a home 25 years ago has been told his occupation is illegal.
David Burgess, 63, said he had added windows, a driftwood roof and a front door to the stone hut near Porlock, which was believed to have once been an old lime kiln.
Exmoor National Park says it owns the property and has ordered him to leave.
But Mr Burgess said he had no intention of moving out of what has become his summer home.
