Bristol Rovers chairman Nick Higgs promises to listen

Bristol Rovers Football Club is proposing a move to a new £40m stadium near the city's ring road.

The new ground would be located near the University of the West of England while the club's current ground would be sold to Sainsbury's.

The club's chairman, Nick Higgs, has promised to listen to the opinions of the public before a planning application is submitted.
