A Bristol man who is accused of ordering his wife's murder on their honeymoon has been taken to hospital with post-traumatic stress.

Shrien Dewani was taken ill on Sunday and admitted to the Bristol Royal Infirmary.

South African authorities want Shrien Dewani to return to stand trial for the alleged contract killing of wife, Anni.

Mr Dewani's spokesman, Max Clifford, told the BBC's Steve Le Fevre that his health had got worse over the past few months.
