No action over alleged nursing home sex assault

A nursing home worker arrested on suspicion of sexually assaulting an 85-year-old man will face no further action, police have confirmed.
The 25-year-old man worked at the privately-run Warrens Hall Nursing Centre in Tividale, in the Black Country, and was arrested in April.
West Midlands Police said after a thorough investigation the man was told in June he will face no further action.
The home specialises in helping people with Parkinson's Disease.
