UKIP has emerged as the biggest party in the European elections, gaining three of the seven seats being contested in the West Midlands.
The Conservatives lost one seat ending the night on two. Labour gained a seat and now have two MEPs in the region. But it was a miserable night for the Liberal Democrats who lost their only MEP.
Cath Mackie spoke to Jill Seymour, from UKIP, Phil Bennion, from the Liberal Democrats, Neena Gill, from Labour, Anthea McIntyre, from the Conservatives and Nikki Sinclaire from the We Demand a Referendum Now party.
