Bail for women held over Adderley Primary School fraud
Four women arrested in connection with a fraud investigation at a Birmingham school have been released on bail.
They are suspected of being involved in a bogus resignation letters plot at Adderley Primary School in Saltley.
It is one of the schools under the spotlight in relation to an alleged plot by Islamic extremists to take over city schools.
However, West Midlands Police has said the arrests are not connected with the so-called "Trojan Horse" allegations.
A 47-year-old woman was arrested in Ward End, a 40-year-old in Sparkhill, a 45-year-old in Alum Rock and a 47-year-old in Solihull.
