Birmingham facts film is YouTube hit

Thomas the Tank Engine and Sherlock Holmes are just a couple of the more surprising literary characters with Birmingham connections.

A film maker who is so fed up with the stereotypical way his home city is portrayed has made a movie to prove there are 100 reasons - including its literary legacy - to love Birmingham.

Sarah Falkland spoke to Steve Rainbow about his film, More Canals Than Venice, and found out how much Birmingham residents know about the city.
