The director of a West Midlands waste company, Robert McNaughton, has been jailed for six months after repeatedly failing to clear a 42ft (13m) pile of rubbish.

Refuse Derived Fuel Ltd in Brierley Hill, Dudley, had been subject to six legal hearings, going back to 3 May 2012, to get the heap cleared.
