Four hurt in two-car collision in Telford

Four people were injured when two cars collided in Shropshire.

A woman in her 80s, and a man in his 40s, were taken to hospital with chest, back, pelvic and spinal injuries following the crash in Roden Lane, Telford on Saturday afternoon.

The occupants of the other car, a man in his 60s and a woman in her 40s, suffered suspected chest and rib injuries, ambulance crews said.

Four ambulances were sent to the scene at about 16:20 GMT.
