Up to 95,000 people visited Birmingham city centre this weekend as part of a free festival to celebrate the opening of the new Library of Birmingham.

More than 70 free events were held during the Four Squares Weekender festival.

In Chamberlain Square on Saturday night, early-1980s reggae band Musical Youth took to the stage as they marked 30 years in the music industry.

The group are best remembered for their 1982 hit "Pass the Dutchie", which became a number one hit around the world.
