Twins charged over Bournville police petrol threat

Twin brothers are accused of dousing a Birmingham police office with petrol and threatening to set fire to it.

Robert Blair, of Weoley Castle, and his brother of Joseph, of Kings Norton, are charged with criminal damage with intent to endanger life.

The 49-year-olds are accused of emptying a petrol canister in Bournville police station on Saturday.

They were remanded in custody and will appear at the city's Crown Court on 2 December.
