Murder of Marlon O'Reilly 'a mindless act' says cousin

The cousin of a man who was mistakenly shot dead in a West Midlands pub has urged his killer to come forward.

Marlon O'Reilly, 32, was shot at The Dovecote pub in Cockshut Hill, Sheldon, where he had been drinking with friends on Friday evening.

West Midlands Police believed he was shot because he was wearing a similar T-shirt to the intended target.

His cousin Hayley O'Reilly said it had been "a mindless act" and that whoever was responsible needed to be "brought to justice".
