A fifth man has been arrested after a double stabbing in Birmingham.

The 49-year-old, from Birmingham, was arrested on suspicion of violent disorder following treatment for a chest wound in hospital, police said.

He sustained his injuries in the incident at Bar Room Bar at the Mailbox shortly after 20:30 BST on Saturday.

A 51-year-old was arrested on Sunday after receiving medical treatment. A 42-year-old was also arrested on Sunday and is being treated for a leg injury.

Two men, 18 and 20, also arrested on Saturday in connection with the incident, have been bailed.

Investigations into what happened are continuing.

Detectives believe it may be the result of an ongoing dispute between two families.

    The Sheriff's Department in Inyo County, California, has confirmed that Black Sabbath's bassist, Geezer Butler, has been arrested after "a verbal and physical altercation" in a bar called the Corkscrew Saloon.

    The musician, who was born in Birmingham, has been released after "detox and citation".

    More details have been announced about former Wolves owner Sir Jack Hayward's funeral service, on Tuesday 3 February.

    It will take place at St Peter's Collegiate Church at 14:00. Serving members of the RAF will act as pall bearers, reflecting Sir Jack's service as a Glider Pilot in World War Two.

    The funeral cortege will depart from the trackside in front of the Billy Wright Stand, Molineux at 13:30, with the north side of the Billy Wright Stand open to the general public. Gates will open at 12:30.

    West Midlands Police have released details of an incident on Meadow Road on Wednesday morning in which two men in a red Transit van attacked a driver in a silver Vauxhall Vectra.

    Police say the 50-year-old man was attacked with a rake and spade by the two men and required stitches to the head.
