BBC WM Red Alert Appeal: Christmas auction lots

An auction is to be held on 19 December in aid of BBC WM's Red Alert Appeal, which raises money for Cure Leukaemia.

The appeal is raising money to fund nurses to carry out life-saving blood trials on leukaemia patients.

The BBC WM radio auction, hosted by presenter Paul Franks between 18:30-20:00 GMT, includes VIP football days and a cocktail making class.

LOT 1

VIP Day at Birmingham City Football Club for 10 people courtesy of Ezegroup. Pre match stadium tour, use of the Jasper Carrot Suite with four course meal and complimentary bar followed by seats for the match in the directors box. (For a home game in 2013).

LOT 2

Michelin Star Birmingham Chef and Cure Leukaemia Patron Glynn Purnell's cocktail class at Ginger's Bar. A master class with mixologist and Glynn, followed by cocktail sampling. The cocktail you create and name on the night will then be put on the menu at Ginger's Bar for all to try!

LOT 3

Guest day at a Wolverhampton Wanderers training session. You and a friend will be part of a training session at the Compton training ground, meet all the team and get their autographs followed by complimentary tour of the new Molineux Museum and tickets to a home game, plus a signed shirt.

LOT 4

Warwickshire County Cricket Club VIP package. Go on a behind the scenes tour of the ground, media centre, museum and Visitor and Learning Centre. Followed by complimentary tickets for a match with lunch and drinks for two in the Jaguar Club. (Match will be a Domestic County Championship or CB40 match). Plus a Warwickshire County Cricket Club shirt and bat signed by the team who won the Country Championship in 2004.

LIGHTNING LOT. Five signed Birmingham City footballs. First callers to pledge £25.

LOT 5

Executive Jet Trip for two worth £500. Go on a special 'search for Santa' on a plane used by HM The Queen, pop star Jessie-J and Coldplay! The leather seated executive jet will take you on a tour across the UK, flying low enough to take in beautiful scenery all in a search for Santa. Food included and will need be able to travel on Thursday 20th December 2012.

LOT 6

A behind the scenes tour for you and a guest of The Hawthorns and West Bromwich Albion's media facilities. Seats in the press balcony and the chance to attend post match press conferences. Hospitality throughout the day, plus a signed ball and shirt by the team.

LOT 7

The Amplify Air package to see Rob Stewart at the LG Arena on Thursday 20th June 2013. The two tickets package worth £350 include seats on the VIP showdeck, complimentary parking adjacent to the Arena and private hospitality entrance. Champagne reception, pre show 'gastro grill' 4 course fine dining experience, complimentary bar, access to the restaurant pre show, interval and post show, hostess service to the table and a complimentary bar throughout the show.

LOT 8

VIP weekend break in Birmingham for two worth £450. Cinema tickets for a film of your choice followed by meal and drinks on Broad Street, evening entertainment at the theatre and an overnight hotel stay with breakfast at a top Birmingham hotel.

LOT 9

Aston Villa VIP package. Two tickets to an Aston Villa match of your choice this season. A behind the scenes tour prior to the game, watch the players warm up from a pitch side position, plus hospitality and the opportunity to see the manager's post-match press conference.

LOT 10

Go behind the scenes with the BBC Sport team. Become a BBC WM commentator for the day for your local team and see exactly how it works behind the scenes. You'll spend the day with one of BBC WM Sports team, preparing for a match, commentating with them in the commentary box and interviewing players and managers after the game. As well as this you'll have the chance to meet BBC Midlands Today presenter Nick Owen, the TV sports team and watch the 6.30pm programme go out live from the gallery.

LOT 11

Dinner and drinks for two with Richard Sneekes. As guests of the former West Bromwich player Richard Sneekes you'll have the chance to quiz him face to face over a meal and drinks.
