Niyousha Haki swine flu death was 'avoidable'
An inquest into the death of 28-year-old Niyousha Haki from swine flu has found no-one was negligent.
Ms Haki's family, who had called out an ambulance three times in one night to her, said they still believed her death was "avoidable".
Nathan Hudson, of West Midlands Ambulance Service, said NHS procedures meant only swine flu patients with life-threatening symptoms were taken to hospital.
