Man charged over head stamping attack

A 21-year-old man has been charged with assault after a teenager was punched unconscious and had his head stamped on repeatedly, police have said.

The incident happened in Broad Street, Birmingham, in the early hours of Sunday, 9 September.

Dale Marcus Walker from Hockley has been charged with affray and three counts of assault.

Birmingham Magistrates Court remanded him in custody to appear at Birmingham Crown Court on 5 February.
