Heavy rain leads to Birmingham sports event disruption
Sporting events and a charity run have been called off in Birmingham due to heavy rain.
Cancer Research UK's Race for Life 5K run at Cofton Park on Sunday has been postponed due to "recent bad weather", the charity said.

Friday's T20 cricket match at Edgbaston between Warwickshire and Gloucestershire has been abandoned.
Warwickshire County Cricket Club's armed forces match on Saturday has also been postponed.
A spokesperson for the club said: "We will provide an update on the rearranged date of this fixture as soon as it has been confirmed."
There were 21 flood-related calls to the AA in the north Birmingham area earlier.
Its special operations response team helped drivers who had been caught in flood waters, the company said.
