Man arrested after Birmingham drug and tobacco haul
A man has been arrested after 150 kg (23st 9lb) of drugs and tobacco was seized in the West Midlands.
Police said 50kg (7st 12lb) of amphetamines was discovered at a property in Dalloway Road, Birmingham.
A further 100kg (15st 10lb) of cannabis resin and tobacco was found in the city at a storage unit in Curzon Street.
West Midlands Police said the tobacco, found in Friday's raids, is believed to be worth "thousands of pounds".
The 54-year-old, arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply drugs, remains in police custody.
