Birmingham riot: Fifth man in court over car deaths

A 28-year-old man has appeared in court in connection with the deaths of three men killed during recent rioting in Birmingham.
Haroon Jahan, 21, and brothers Shazad Ali, 30, and Abdul Musavir, 31, died after being hit by a car on Dudley Road, Winson Green, on 10 August.
Liam Young, from Winson Green, was remanded at the city's magistrates' court on Monday charged with perverting the course of justice.
He is due at crown court on 30 August.
Mr young, from Bryant Road, is the fifth man to be charged over the deaths.
Four other men - Ian Beckford, 30, from Quinton; Joshua Donald, 26, of Kelsall Croft, Ladywood; Adam King, 23, of no fixed address and a 17-year-old, who cannot be named for legal reasons, have been charged with murder.
A 33-year-old arrested by police on Friday was released on police bail on Saturday.
Three other males - aged 17, 23, and 32 - have also been arrested and bailed pending further inquiries.
Nine men have so far been arrested by police investigating the killings.
