Charges after car strikes man outside Bracknell pub

The Goose, Bracknell Police were called to The Goose pub in the early hours of Saturday

A man has been charged after another man was struck by a car outside a pub.

Police were called to The Goose pub in Station Road in Bracknell in the early hours of Saturday following reports of a fight.

A 24-year-old man remains in hospital after suffering life-threatening head injuries.

A 22-year-old man is due before Slough magistrates on Monday charged with grievous bodily harm and possessing an offensive weapon.

Police also arrested a 17-year-old boy following the incident. He has been bailed until 2 May.
