Nine children and a man hurt in M4 coach crash

Ten people, including nine children, have been injured in a coach crash on the M4 in Berkshire.

South Central Ambulance Service said they were called at 17:45 BST after the accident between junctions four and five on the London-bound carriageway.

One man was airlifted to Wexham Park Hospital in Slough.

The nine children were taken by ambulance to the same hospital. Eight of them were described as "walking wounded" and one had serious injuries.

One lane of the motorway, between Langley and the M25, has been shut.
