Karl Josiah: 'Undiscovered' M4 crash man was 'shining light'

A driver who may have died several days before his body was found in his car in Berkshire has been described as a "shining light".

Police believe Karl Josiah, 23, from Bromley, south-east London, crashed off the M4 between 18 and 23 January, when a Highways Agency patrol found him.

His black Renault Clio was found off the eastbound carriageway between junctions six and five for Langley.

His parents said: "He will always be loved and missed, but not forgotten."

In a statement released through Thames Valley Police, David Josiah and May Mullady added: "He was a shining light that lit up all the lives of all that knew him."

The circumstances of the crash are unknown and police have appealed for witnesses.
