CCTV images of two cars seen near the scene of a suspected hit-and-run in Berkshire have been released by police.

Marc Williams, 22, died on 1 December after he was found lying on a slip road for the A404M at Cox Green.

The vehicles are a silver Vauxhall Astra and a black Mercedes E or C class five-door saloon.

Officers would like to speak to the drivers or passengers in the two vehicles seen turning into Shoppenhangers Road from King Street.

On Wednesday, his parents made a plea for people to come forward with information to help the investigation.

Mr Williams had been in Maidenhead to see a friend's band on the night he died.

After leaving a pub in the town centre at 01:00 GMT, he was last seen on CCTV passing a taxi rank at the railway station shortly after.
