Borehole beats drought restrictions


Growing numbers of homeowners may be thinking of getting their own wells as the drought restrictions bite.

Despite the rain over the last few days, measures including the hosepipe ban, are expected to remain in force throughout the summer.

But Trevor Morris in Reading is beating the restrictions by using his own new borehole.
