Helmet camera catches road rage abuse
A barrister who filmed a motorist admitting threatening to kill him on a camera attached to his cycle helmet has said he is relieved justice has been served.
Martin Porter, 49, was making his regular 30-mile (48km) commute from Berkshire to London in November 2010 when he was abused by a driver who had struggled to pass him.
Scott Lomas, 25, of Feltham, admitted using threatening words or behaviour and was fined £250 at West London Magistrates' Court on 18 January.
