Buckinghamshire shotgun robbers hold up Coral bookmakers

Two masked robbers, one carrying a shotgun, have stolen money from a bookmakers in Buckinghamshire.

The pair went into Coral in Broadway, North Orbital Road in Denham, and ordered staff to empty the tills.

An undisclosed amount of money was given to the raiders who fled. No-one was injured and no shots were fired during the incident on Sunday evening.

Detectives believe they left in a new-style Ford Focus which may have been blue with a 57 or 58 number plate.

The robbers are white men aged in their late teens.

One was about 5ft 9ins and was wearing a green baseball cap, grey track suit trousers and a white and red scarf pulled up over his face.

The second was wearing a dark-coloured cap and a black or brown scarf pulled up over his face. He also wore dark clothing and a pair of blue gloves.

Det Con Tom Axon said: "We're particularly keen to hear from anyone who saw any suspicious activity or vehicles in the area."
