Berkshire Mini Band stunned by Metallica message

A group of Berkshire children who scored an internet hit with a performance of a Metallica song were stunned when the band sent them a video message ahead of a recent gig.

The Mini Band said they had been inundated with offers from around the world after the YouTube video went viral.

Before heading onstage for a fundraising concert in Newbury, in aid of Naomi House children's hospice, the band were surprised with a video message from Metallica, recorded in LA.
