Town's new shopping centre opens

A new shopping centre has opened in Newbury, Berkshire, with a ceremony and parade through the town's centre.

Parkway is one of only three centres that has opened in the UK this year, according to a retail report.

But with UK retail sales increasing by just 0.6% last month, is it a risk for the developers and traders?
