Man arrested after two die in Milton Keynes car crash

A man has been arrested on suspicion of causing death by careless driving after two people were killed in a three-vehicle collision in Milton Keynes.

Six people were involved in the crash on Millers Way, by the entrance to Hodge Lea Lane, at about 09:45 BST on Friday. A man and a woman died.

The 26-year-old remains in custody on suspicion of driving while unfit through drink or drugs.

Details of the victims have not yet been released.

A silver Vauxhall Vectra, silver Skoda Fabia and white Mitsubishi L200 were all involved in the collision. Police are appealing for witnesses.
