9 October 2013 Last updated at 14:54 BST

A £10,000 reward has been offered to help catch the killer of a community worker who died after he was shot in the street in Luton.

Paul Foster, 46, was shot in Brunel Road six months ago.

As his father spoke publicly for the first time about his murder, Det Supt Paul Fullwood said he hoped the money would encourage those with "the key to unlock the case" to come forward.
