Luton attempted murder charge after street stabbing

A man has been charged with attempted murder after a victim was stabbed in the neck in Luton.

Police said it happened on Farley Hill, close to Stockwood Crescent, at about 11:00 BST on 6 September.

Officers said the man, who has yet to be named, has also been charged with possessing a bladed article in public.

Police are keen to speak to witnesses, including a driver and passenger of a car which was forced to stop as the offender stood in the road.
