Three men accused of conspiracy to rape have been told they will not face a retrial.

The offences were carried out in High Wycombe between 2007 and 2012 when the victim was between 11 and 15.

Seven, out of 10 defendants, were acquitted at Oxford Crown Court last month.

The Crown Prosecution Service said Iblal Fiaz, 21, his brother Khasim Fiaz, 23, and Mudassar Hussain, 19, would not be prosecuted.

The Fiaz brothers, both of St Georges Close in High Wycombe, denied multiple rape charges.

Mr Hussain, of Abbey Barn Road, High Wycombe, denied one charge of rape.

A CPS spokesperson said: "The complainant has been informed of the decision and we would be happy to meet with her to discuss the decision further.

"We recognise the bravery she has displayed in coming forward and giving evidence."
