Amelia Arnold murder: Jack Wall guilty of murder

Amelia Arnold Amelia Arnold died from "a severe head injury", the court was told

A 22-year-old man has been found guilty of murdering his 19-year-old girlfriend at their Hertfordshire home.

Jack Wall, of Hadrian's Walk, Stevenage, had denied murdering Amelia Arnold, on 8 November.

The trial heard he hit her on the head eight times using a 'dumbbell-like' object during an argument.

Wall admitted manslaughter, saying he did not intend to kill her, but the jury at Blackfriars Crown Court disagreed.

Ms Arnold's body was found in Hatfield, three days later.
