Murder charge dismissed by Luton Crown Court

The case against a man charged with murdering a man who died from brain injuries after an assault at his home in Luton has been dismissed.

Wlodzimierz Jablonski, 51, of Stockwood Crescent was attacked on 7 August. He died in hospital on 14 August.

Janusz Przystanski, 48, and Konrad Kaczysky, 30, both of Stockwood Crescent, Luton, were charged with murder.

Luton Crown Court has dismissed the charge against Mr Przystanski.

Mr Kaczysky's case has been adjourned to 29 January.
