'Inspiring' cyclist shortlisted as Unsung Sports Hero
A cyclist who has devoted his life to the sport is one of the three finalists in this year's BBC East Unsung Sports Hero.
Phil Ashbourn, from Milton Keynes, has been a keen cyclist for more than 60 years and has set up clubs for all ages and abilities.
The winner will be announced on 4 December when the BBC East Sports Personality of the Year will also be revealed.
