A 22-year-old man from Bedfordshire has been charged with the murder of cyclist Delaney Brown in Luton.

Mr Brown, 19, died on 5 September in Vincent Road, Leagrave, after his push bike was struck by a BMW 1 series car.

Kyle Beckford, of Waleys Close, Marsh Farm in Luton, is due to appear before Luton Magistrates' Court on Friday, police said.

Seven other people questioned by police on Wednesday on conspiracy to murder have been bailed until 28 November.
