Norwich City Council initiative to cut fuel bills
A council has started a new scheme to help people save money on their fuel bills.
Under the scheme, energy companies will bid to provide all the people who have signed up with the best deal.
Norwich City Council hopes the scheme will save people up to £200 a year.
