Ex teachers from Buckinghamshire on sex abuse charges

Two retired teachers have appeared in court charged with the alleged sexual abuse of 12 boys at a private school in Buckinghamshire up to 52 years ago.

Roland Wright, 81, faces 25 charges and Hugh Henry, 80, is accused of 10 charges relating to Caldicott Preparatory School in Farnham Royal.

The alleged offences happened between 1959 and 1970.

Mr Wright, of Farnham Royal, and Mr Henry, of Amersham, are bailed to appear at the court on 17 February.

They both used walking sticks and were helped in and out of the court room.

Mr Wright, of Crown Lane, is charged with seven counts of incitement to commit gross indecency and 18 counts of indecent assault.

Mr Henry, of Pomeroy Close, is accused of two counts of incitement to commit gross indecency and eight counts of indecent assault.
