Motorists' views sought on £26m Luton road scheme

Motorists are being urged to comment on a £26m plan to cut congestion around at a bottleneck junction in Luton.

The design team behind the plan believe the roundabout at junction 10a is the weak link in allowing traffic in and out of Luton after an £800m spend on changes to the M1.
