Motorcyclist killed in East Yorkshire collision named

Police have named a motorcyclist killed in a collision with a car in East Yorkshire.

Paul George Ella, 53, from Malton, North Yorkshire, died following the crash on the B1253 Butterwick/Langtoft crossroads at 14:46 BST on Friday.

His Ducatti Panigale motorcycle collided with a Toyota Avensis, police said.

The car driver and front-seat passenger received minor injures. A woman, 95, in the rear seat broke her collar bone.

Humberside Police said a 69-year-old man arrested at the scene had been released on bail.
