Drug offence charges after Shropshire police raid

Three men have been charged with conspiracy to supply drugs after police raided homes in Shropshire and Wolverhampton.

Police arrested 20 people after raids at a number of homes in Hadley, Leegomery, Wellington and Wolverhampton on Wednesday.

Two men were charged with conspiracy to supply Class A drugs, and one man with intent to supply Class B drugs.

Seventeen people remain in custody, police said.

More than 200 police officers, from West Mercia Police and Warwickshire Police, were involved in the raids.
