Dorset and Hampshire bookie robberies: Man charged

A man has been charged with robbery after three bookmakers were targeted in Dorset and Hampshire.

Two robberies took place in Bournemouth, at Ladbrokes on Christchurch Road on Wednesday, and Coral on Castle Lane West on Thursday.

A third robbery happened on Friday at Ladbrokes on Leith Avenue, Portsmouth.

David Hinde, 34, from Bournemouth, was charged with three counts of robbery and possession of an offensive weapon.

He is due to appear at Bournemouth Magistrates' Court on Monday.
