Shakespeare's work promoted as anniversary marked

William Shakespeare's work is being promoted as celebrations are held to mark the 450th anniversary of his birthday.

The Royal Shakespeare Company is working to connect members of the public to the Bard's words, including giving children at Springhead Primary school in Stoke-on-Trent a first taste of live Shakespeare with The Taming of the Shrew.
